What you receive
A structured written report in English containing two lists, and the reasoning behind both.
- 5 candidates — manufacturers of the same product category as your benchmark, each with establishment date, registered capital (subscribed and paid-in), business scope, operating status, and a short note on why it merits a place on the list
- 10 eliminations — additional candidates we researched and removed, each with the specific reason: litigation exposure, mismatch between claimed and registered business scope, blacklisting, implausible scale, and so on
- Region, scale and trading-company preferences respected throughout — if you will not accept a trading company, none will appear
- Every company name in both English translation and original Chinese, so you can cross-check anything independently
- Source notes: where each fact came from, and on what date it was retrieved
Who it is for
Buyers who know the product but not the landscape: you have a sample, a photograph, a listing from a competitor, or a benchmark factory you cannot reach — and you want a defensible starting list rather than page three of a marketplace search.

How it proceeds
You complete a short structured brief: the benchmark product (photos, listing, or specification) or benchmark factory, your target region if any, acceptable company scale, and whether trading companies are acceptable. We confirm scope and begin research. Within 3–5 business days you receive the written report by email as a PDF.

Do you contact the factories?
No. Shortlisting is document research only — we do not approach, notify, or negotiate with any company. The report tells you who is worth approaching; the approach remains yours.
Can you guarantee the shortlisted factories will quote or accept my order?
No. We report what the public record shows about each company and how well it matches your brief. Commercial outcomes — pricing, capacity, willingness — are outside what records can establish.
What if fewer than 5 credible candidates exist?
Then the report says so, with the evidence. A shortlist of three real manufacturers is worth more than five padded with telephone numbers.
