Single Supplier Verification
A twelve-point examination of one Chinese company across the official registries, courts and penalty databases — the check you run before the deposit, not after. Delivered as a written English report with a three-grade verdict.
The twelve points
- Business license validity and registration authority
- Registered business scope — and whether it matches what the company claims to sell
- Legal representative of record
- Registered capital — subscribed versus actually paid in
- Shareholder structure and ultimate holding pattern
- Establishment date and registration history
- Current operating status
- Abnormal-operation flags in the national registry
- Administrative penalties disclosed by regulators
- Civil litigation records in the courts
- Court dishonesty listings and active enforcement orders
- Registered address plausibility and contact cross-check; import & export rights and public trade activity signals
The verdict
Every report ends in one of three written grades — Cleared, Cautions, or Adverse — followed by the reasoning in plain English. We do not produce 0–100 scores: a number implies a precision that public records cannot support, and anyone selling you one is rounding off. Each finding is stated with its source and retrieval date so you or your counsel can pull the same filing.
Who it is for
Buyers with a named supplier and money about to move: before the deposit, before the mold fee, before the first container. It is also the natural follow-on to the Supplier Shortlist (No. 01) — verify any shortlisted candidate individually at $49.9.
What it does not cover
Product quality, production capability, and factory conditions are separate disciplines — we will say plainly when an inspection company is the right tool. Where court filings exist and need explaining rather than merely listing, the Litigation Record Interpretation (No. 03) add-on covers that. Physical presence at the address is covered by On-site Verification (No. 04).
Frequently asked
The company is very new. Can you still check it?
Yes — youth itself is a finding. A company registered fourteen months ago with no paid-in capital is not automatically a fraud, but the report will place it in Cautions with the relevant context rather than pretend the record is neutral.
What if the records show nothing adverse?
Then the report says exactly that, with the searches performed and their dates. Absence of adverse records, properly evidenced, is meaningful information — but it is framed as what it is: nothing adverse on file, not a guarantee of future behavior.
Can the supplier find out they were checked?
No. All research is conducted passively in public records. We never contact the company or any person connected with it.
